0-15 min - Evidence reset: Establish what is known vs assumed.
15-60 min - Persona drafting: Create 2-3 hypothesis personas.
60-90 min - Confidence review: Rate confidence and identify gaps.
90-120 min - Validation actions: Plan research to validate key traits.
