  • 0-20 min - Scope alignment: Confirm service boundary and actor.
  • 20-70 min - Frontstage mapping: Capture customer-visible flow.
  • 70-130 min - Backstage/system mapping: Add dependencies and process owners.
  • 130-180 min - Failure-point prioritization: Define top improvement bets.
